Well, now I use put my Pokemon Platinum sav, and last night has been to enable me to run the codes of Internet Explorer, but this morning, says he wants me to Allow Active X OS Personal Care but it is said, or even southern EI Click on Yes, the page refreshes and displays the codes dosent someone help me.

Is Internet Options> Security> Internet Zone Change> Level
I recommend upgrading to IE 8, it is a big improvement over IE 7, and probably solve your problem
