HUD home? Need all the answers I can get please!!!? - how long does it take a hud home to close
We have recently had an accepted offer on a HUD home, and of course told us they had a great "60 days" policy. Officials said they would probably not have much time, but we are here with a difficult situation that we lease, which can not be changed are affected.
Is there have any idea how long these homes often have to close? I wanted to get opinions on just a few seconds because it is so important, before 1 To close March.

What do you mean by a difficult situation of "leasing?
If you do not go to your lease, you can not in the vicinity of the house ... unless you have enough money to pay the rent and mortgage.
I sold many HUD homes in Memphis. In general, we can get a HUD home closed in ten days, but not to the buyer pays in cash.
If you pay cash, then the whole process depends on your mortgage company is ready to close and finance the operation. The answer depends on the stability of your company and your mortgage credit score and income. HUD has done a great job and is very efficient for a government agency at the closing ceremony.
