Does someone make a remote control to rf control multiple directv receivers? - h21 receivers

I have a problem. In our sports bar just installed 12 new DIRECTV H21 receiver. The problem is that we need to use one remote for each recipient. There must be an easier way. What I want to do is a unit dealing with each case. I looked around and looked at the Harmony 890, but I'm sure he will. Welcome any help or suggestions would be. I know there must be an answer somewhere. Thank you in advance.
